Shipping Information

Tanoroma ships from Italy. Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed.

Each item is individually packed with great attention to ensure maximum protection during transit. Due to the nature of vintage and antique objects, some pieces may require custom or reinforced packaging.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 5 business days. 

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete details (failed delivery, storage, re-delivery or return to sender) shall be borne by the buyer.

Local pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected items by appointment in the center of Rome, where expressly agreed in writing. 

Shipping Rates

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, delivery costs are not included in the product price.

Delivery includes standard shipping to the address provided by the buyer, using a delivery method selected by Tanoroma based on the nature, size, weight, and fragility of the item.

Delivery does not include additional or exceptional services, including, but not limited to, dedicated or special transport services, deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations, in-home deliveries, floor deliveries, assembly or installation, specific delivery times requested by the buyer, or customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges, where applicable.

If the destination, the characteristics of the item, or a specific request from the buyer requires services or costs not included in standard delivery, Tanoroma will inform the buyer in advance. Any additional costs will be borne by the buyer and must be expressly accepted before shipment.

Tanoroma reserves the right to choose the carrier and delivery method. To the extent permitted by applicable law, delivery costs included in the product price are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Tanoroma cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.
