Refund policy
Damage in transit: Any transport damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the item and its original packaging. All packaging materials must be retained to allow carrier inspection.
Where damage is confirmed as transport-related, Tanoroma will cooperate with the carrier to assess repair, replacement (where possible), partial refund or refund upon return.
Consumer right of withdrawal: Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Tanoroma in writing within the withdrawal period and return the goods within 14 days of such notification.

Return shipping costs and any related expenses (packaging, insurance, transport, customs charges) are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Business Buyers. Orders placed by Business Buyers are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.
